Hosted software applications have been an area of focus for Pacific Partners since its inception, so GetActive is a perfect fit. Also, GetActive has been very conservative in their approach to raising and spending investor capital, which also fits well with our focus. Pacific Partners was introduced to GetActive through one of our investors and advisors, and we introduced El Dorado Ventures to the opportunity after performing due diligence and signing a term sheet.
